I am a Kenyan visual artist based at The GoDown Arts Centre in Nairobi. I am currently working on a series of beaded jewellery in relation to my theme "The African Woman" about whose beauty I have elaborated in my paintings. I have traveled to all the four regions of Africa with a sense of discovering, seeing more and even interacting with the women as I put all that interests me on canvas. I have had exhibitions in the US, France, Germany, Canada, Zimbabwe, Ghana, Egypt and Kenya among other countries.

"My best moment is that time when I'm painting and my discussion is just limited between me and the canvas"
