I started working as a sign writer about 3 or 4 years ago, but later delved into painting. I joined The Kuona Trust Studios, where I met other artists as well as took part in outreach projects like teaching children and conducting workshops at the Lang'ata Women Prison. I currently work with oils, acrylics and found objects.

I have exhibited my work in various galleries across Nairobi. I am currently based at The GoDown Arts Centre.
