The biennial convening brings together key players in the culture sector from the east Africa region to discuss and explore ways of revitalising the sector. Through plenary, panel discussions and hands-on workshops, the conference tackles macro-issues that affect the sector including policy, education & training, marketing, arts administration and the Creative Economy
